Is this service world wide?

No. For the moment we ONLY ship to European Countries, we will try to make this service worldwide. Once we extend the shipping area we'll announce it on our social media.

Shipping time / What is the status of my order?

We are sending you an email at every update of the order status. Delivery usually takes up to 10-15 days (depending on the size and the delivery address). The estimate delivery time is calculated at the checkout page when providing the delivery address.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page, usually start from 8.99 €

Is the service B2B also?

For the moment this service is only B2C (business to client) oriented, if you have a business and want a bulk order or to be our local distribuitor please CONTACT US.

What is the return policy?

We do not have a stock of pre-printed Products. All our Products are made on your request with the colors / design and size chosen by you so the Products you order are considered to be made to the consumer`s specifications, also known as: personalized.
ERROR BY US (damaged on production, different from what user asked, undelivered) Products will be refunded ONLY after the refund case was opened / analyzed / proved / approved.
ERROR BY YOU (wrong size / model / color - chosen, incorrect shipping data provided, delivered but not accepted) Products will not be refunded since we are not responsible for the error.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer`s specifications or are clearly personalized, therefore We reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

How can I order a bike that is not listed?

No worries, you can REQUEST a custom model.

How can I pay my Order?

For now orders will be accepted and processed ONLY if they are successfully paid via Stripe payment gateway.

What are the order statuses?

Once order was placed and successfully paid the order will go through statuses:

draft pending The order is created but is not yet submitted for fulfillment. Will be processed by us in the shortest time possible.
failed Order was submitted for fulfillment but was returned for review because of an error (problem with address, missing printfiles, charging has failed, etc.).
canceled The order has been canceled and can no longer be processed. If the order was charged then the amount has been returned to your credit card.
inprocess The order is being fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled or modified. Contact customer support if there are any issues with the order at this point.
onhold The order has encountered a problem during the fulfillment that needs to be resolved together with our customer service before fulfillment can continue.
partial The order is partially fulfilled (some items are shipped already, the rest will follow)
fulfilled All items have been shipped successfully
archived The order has been archived.
